About
I created Temple of You, to share the foundations of embodiment, mindfulness and practical integration of psychedelic journeys.
The purpose being to connect to more palpable joy, true peace and explore the truth of who we are AND to contribute to less suffering in the human and non human realms.
I believe in the importance of authentic ritual/embodiment and ceremony in our daily lives to nurture our center and connect to gratitude, peace, and purpose.
Over the last 10 years, I've gained a unique balance of both being and doing & acceptance of pleasure and pain. I believe this has emerged through a steady commitment to self love and living in connection with my intuitive adventurous spirit.... all the while surfing the challenging waves of my own painful, confusing and ultimately life affirming lineage trauma and healing. So much of my path has been about unwinding from spiritually and somatically oppressive cultural conditioning and nervous system dis-regulation. Basically, coming into relationship and deeper intimacy and curiosity with parts and stuck energy in the body, mind and spirit. All this has led me to move towards becoming a more hopeful, creative, expressed and resourced being - ultimately finding purpose to pass it forward. Your healing truly is my healing!
Working with an array of teachers, modalities, and plant medicines I have come to embody somatic listening within myself and others, and from this space I offer my heart, reflection and mirroring. I resonate with the animist perspective recognizing spirit in everything and move to be in right relation and balance with all beings as I recognizes the balance and wholeness in myself.
I currently offer virtual counseling / in person ceremonies, retreats and guidance sessions.
Last and not least I am a day-dreaming, cat napping, book reading, tea sipping, eye gazing, songstress and hot springs goer… You can find me adventuring in my minivan, talking to trees, collecting spring water, making land offerings, prayers and drinking cacao! Leaving the phone & internet behind as much as possible.
